H.J. Holtz & Son’s decorative artists and wallpaper hangers revealed their artistic abilities at the open house unveiling of the Richmond Design Studio on Friday, March 27. The one-room house at 3113 Norfolk Street serves as an interactive portfolio of decorative finishes and wall coverings, where homeowners and designers can find inspiration for their projects and view examples up close.

“I want people to see that we have the ability to execute their vision,” Company President Rick Holtz said. He credits the company’s collaborations with local design partners for inspiring the work featured in the Studio.
“Our relationships with designers have been critical to the growth of our team’s talent because they continually push us to new creative heights,” Holtz said. “Not only have they brought us work and introduced us to customers, but they’ve pushed our team to stretch their abilities.”
In addition to showcasing the talents of the paperhangers and artists, the Richmond Design Studio also provides a space for interior designers and customers to map out their creative ideas.
